Starting an entrepreneurial, business or company idea implies a change in the mentality of the leaders of the process in order to be more competitive and daring in the context of uncertainty that we live today. In this sense, the dynamics caused by the Pandemic phenomenon have introduced variables that have made managers and owners of organizational management processes in general, have to adjust to the new reality. Faced with this panorama, it is necessary that young people who have aspirations to develop an entrepreneurial idea, have a preparation that helps them to counteract the obstacles they must face in order to achieve their goals. That is why this article aims to highlight the importance of developing an entrepreneurial mentality as a strategy that serves as the basis for training through one hundred percent virtual courses for young people who want to develop as business owners or small entrepreneurs. In this way, the research acquires a field character with a descriptive level that takes as Study Unit the Virtual Training Center of the Integral Social Media Agency. Therefore, it is developed following the guidelines of the deductive method with the purpose of obtaining conclusions based on the established premises. With regard to data collection techniques and instruments, it is supported by direct observation and the interview with a closed-question questionnaire. For its part, the referential framework takes into consideration the philosophical bases of entrepreneurship as an activity for the personal and economic development of the individual, in the same way, it highlights the good practices associated with the teaching of understanding as a determining factor to consider to promote the process teaching-learning. Regarding the results obtained in the research, these indicate that the students acknowledge that they are clinging to their “Comfort Zones”, which prevents them from developing as new entrepreneurs or micro-entrepreneurs. On the other hand, it was found that dedicating a previous space to awaken the entrepreneurial profile in the participants, allowed them to be aware of the changes that they must promote to materialize their projects, which translates into a change of paradigm or perspectives to transform failures in opportunities for improvement. Finally, the students recognized that the introductory modules to develop the entrepreneurial mindset are essential when the training aims to develop independent entrepreneurship ideas to become microentrepreneurs, especially in the current moments when the effects of the pandemic increase the risks of failure.
