Administrative management and work climate, in the provincial municipality of Santa, Ancash, Peru 2021

In the research we set ourselves as a general objective: to determine the relationship between administrative management and the work environment in the Provincial Municipality of Santa, Ancash, Peru 2021; and as specific objectives: describe the level of administrative management in the Provincial Municipality of Santa, Ancash, Peru 2021; know what are the factors that affect administrative management in the Provincial Municipality of Santa, Ancash, Peru 2021; know what is the level of work environment in the Provincial Municipality of Santa, Ancash, Peru 2021; discover what are the determining factors in the work environment in the Provincial Municipality of Santa, Ancash, Peru 2021. For which we hypothesize that administrative management and the work environment are optimally related in the Provincial Municipality of Santa, Ancash, Peru 2021.
Descriptive, correlational, non-experimental, simple cross-sectional research was applied; the sample studied was 96 collaborators. The results were obtained that 40% of those investigated believe that there is a regular administrative management, 10% of those investigated believe that there is excellent planning, 6% of those investigated believe that there is an excellent organization, 8% of those surveyed believe that there is an excellent organization. those surveyed believe that there is excellent management, 5% of those surveyed believe that there is excellent control, 13% of those surveyed believe that there is excellent job performance, 11% of those surveyed believe that there is excellent knowledge of the positions, 5% of those investigated believe that there are excellent skills to relate, 15% of those investigated believe that there is excellent flexibility and adaptability, so it is inferred that there is a considerable positive directly proportional relationship between administrative management and the work environment of collaborators, understanding that when the level of management increases along with it, the work environment of The collaborators, therefore, the presence of these two variables, allow the municipality to achieve its proposed objectives. Descriptive, correlational, non-experimental, simple cross-sectional research was applied; the sample studied was 96 collaborators.
It was obtained as a result, that there is a considerable positive direct proportional relationship between administrative management and the work performance of employees, understanding that when the level of management increases along with it, the performance of employees increases, therefore, the presence of these two variables allows the municipality to achieve its proposed objectives.
