In a context of growing crisis inherited from our modern school organization , it needs to be school based on their own experience generating continuous changes and knowledge to become a aprendedora organization. The objective of this research was to establish organizational conditions for the implementation of a model of organizational learning processes that transform the educational organization in an action center that allows the integration of teachers, administrators , students, parents and community in seeking to generate productive , creative solutions and rescue of the actors responsible for organizing practices in use. The impact of a model of organizational processes in school improvement expressed in the educational system and for school organization as central processors to improve the quality of education processes , decision making , and to generate changes in organizational structures . Seeking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of educational management that allows organizations to turn school learning organizations or intelligent. It encompasses the qualitative approach without excluding the use of some resources quantitative approach that will support elements in the description, analysis and interpretation of the reality studied.
