Abstract

This article aims to show how organizations can become instruments of domination of human talent. This has been seen, considering that at the managerial level it has been public and notorious, that many managers do not see human talent as the most valuable resource of the organization, but rather as the person who must perform a series of tasks to meet the objectives, and organizational goals. This situation occurs many times, without taking into account that this human talent is an integral being that cannot separate its work and professional life from its personal life; which is a being that feels, suffers and needs the organization where it works. This is understood because he does not separate himself from his condition as a human being to that of an employee. With what is presented in this article, we seek to promote humanistic management, where organizations and the managers who live in them can be committed to their workers.
